Our omakase offers a fixed-price sushi course. Omaskase is a Japanese phrase that means “I’ll leave it up to you”.
Our skilled chef Yuji Matsuzaki’s omakase will take you through your senses. The culinary journey you experience will start with a light and fresh Otsukuri(sashimi) and a seasonal tasting plate that involves various Japanese cooking techniques. Your experience will be highlighted with twelve sushi plates with the day’s best selected fish and end with a delightful dessert.
