Kakizaki is open from 6pm to 10pm, Wednesday to Saturday. We are closed on public holidays.
Bookings are released 60 days in advance. If you would like to join the waiting list for a particular evening, then please find ‘Join standby’ at the bottom of the page.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take phone bookings. If you’d wish to book with us, please follow the booking system in our website. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Please note Kakizaki is not child or baby-friendly.

Arrival on- time and Cancellation / No show Policy

We request that all guests in the early session arrive and depart on time. When a guest arrives late, their dining experience will still have to conclude at 7:45pm. Early session starts at 6:00 pm sharp and late session at 8pm for all diners; please arrive on time to ensure the best dining experience for all Omakase guests. Unfortunately the Chef’s cannot cater for missed dishes for late guests as it will affect other guests experiences.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation, reduction of diners or date changes. Failure to do so and no shows, we reserve the right to charge 100% of the menu price ($145 pp) as cancellation fees. Any cancellation, reduction of diners or date change made 48 hours before the booking time does not incur any charges.

Terms and Conditions – Dietary requirement

Omakase is dependent on seasonal produce and changes daily, for this reason, we are unable to cater for food allergies and/or dietary restrictions. This is also due to the potential traces of allergens in the supplied ingredients and in the work environment.
